We believe in providing all our students pathways into further employment opportunities as they develop their skills.

Step 1: Preparation and employer consultation

In this step we work closely with our clients to identify potential students and potential gaps in skills and knowledge in the workplace.  The training program is then developed considering the needs of both the student and the employer. Students are screeded for suitability.

Step 2: Training Plans

In this step we develop a training plan to suit the student and the work place.

Step 3: Structured Work/On the Job training

Each training plan is then delivered using a combination of on job and off job activities, training and tutoring.  Improvement projects are often involved.

Step 4: Assessment

Students will be supported based upon their individual needs with tutoring and mentoring in the workplace. This ensures that the training (learning) provided to the student is suitable and appropriate to their needs.

Step 5: Complete Training

Once all training and assessment has been completed to a competent standard, the student is signed off and issued with their qualification.  This process usually takes 12 months depending on the workplace and the students’ progress, see course information for specific course timeframes.
