Van Pham is a Food Technology graduate from RMIT University in Melbourne. As a keen researcher, she conducted a research on Glyceamic Index analysis with the cooperation of Australian Defence Force for her honours degree. Other expertise such as Nutrition, HACCP, Food manufacture, Quality assurance and Microbiology. She started work as a Trainer and Assessor with the National Food Institute in July 2014.
Originally from Vietnam, Van provides additional skill with her ability to translate and present English to Vietnamese materials and off job sessions. Experienced in working with diverse people and cultures in a result-oriented, solution focused fashion. She currently has been involved in programs in Certificate I to IV in Food processing.
