JACINTA has a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and a Diploma in Community Services. She has 17 years’ experience working with people with disability, in training and development and management. She has worked with a wide range of adults and students, as a trainer in the classroom, and support at the workplace.
She has had four years’ experience working and training in the warehousing industry, working as a trainer and a mentor to students and adults completing Certificate II and III in Food Processing and Certificate II in Warehousing, and Certificate IV in OHS and Certificate IV in Frontline Management. She has primarily trained and mentored VCAL students undertaking a school based traineeship in food processing or warehousing.
She has also worked with youth in custody, and, for 20 years in corporate government organisations. She has a strong commitment to occupational health and safety, and working with and influencing positive workplace cultures.
