Brian Taylor

Brian has been involved in the food processing industry since 1990, working in various roles from machine operator to production manager. He has vast knowledge on all aspects of process systems.
Brian started work as a Trainer and Assessor with the National Food Institute in August 2012, and has been an integral part of the training and assessment program at Certificate I and II in Food Processing at Kraft Ringwood & Scoresby sites, also delivered certificate 2 & 3 training at Black Swan foods, certificate 2, 3 & 4 at Baiada chickens, certificate 3 & 4 at GrainCorp foods.  Training and assessment for certificate 1 and 3 at Hazeldenes chickens, Brian has also been in a training role for the Mambourin sites at Seaford, Kilsyth and Ravenhall.
