Brent Freeman

Brent Freeman has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology.
 
Brent started working in the dairy industry at the age of 12 in the family
Cheese factory.
 
Over the past 5 years Brent has worked in numerous roles including the management of quality systems and food safety programs in the food industry. Brent’s experience includes HACCP, BRC, WQA, ISO 9000, AQIS implementations, Quality assurance, Quality monitoring, Operation’s training, customer complaints inspection, cleaning and sanitation validation, OH&S and training,
The above were across a wide range of food industry employees and clients including, dairy, meat, pantry products, frozen products and ready to eat meals.
 
For the past 12 months, Brent has been a valuable member of the National Food Institute team, dealing with the Mambourin program in Melbourne.
 
Brent has always been a keen sportsman and truly believes in team work.
